We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.
Delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout where applicable.
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on the product, stock availability and the delivery service used.
Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking information where available.
Delivery issues
Please contact us if your order has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe.
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include:
- your order number
- photos of the damaged item
- photos of the packaging
- a brief description of the issue
This helps us review the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.
Returns
If you wish to return an item, please contact us first at:
Items should be returned unused, unopened, in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.
For sealed trading card products and collectibles, we may be unable to accept returns where the product has been opened, tampered with, damaged, or where the original seal has been broken.
Refunds
Once a return has been received and inspected, we will confirm whether a refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
Delivery costs may not be refundable unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
